It's hunting season! Trainers have flocked to the vast safari known as the generations park in an attempt to catch some of the most unique Pokemon.
To hype up the excitement, the park warden holds a weekly contest to see which trainer can bring him the most valuable and worthy Pokemon.
Every PokeGen trainer will be given 30 Safari Balls, 10 Sitrus Berries and 10 Rocks every week (no saving up). The Safari Ball is used in Generations Park only. Once you run out of balls, you cannot catch Safari pokemon until the following week. Throwing a Rock at a Safari Pokemon improves its catch rate by 12. This could in turn save you Safari Balls.
Feeding a Sitrus Berry improves the value of the Safari Pokemon by 12% and also makes it less likely for them to flee. Maximum boost from sitrus berry is +100%. Remember, only your best score for the week will be displayed.
The Warden has promised a valuable reward for the top safari hunters of each week! This is a challenge not to be missed.
